Ruck & Roll 2026 Fundraiser

Ruck & Roll 2026 is a fundraising event for disabled combat veterans.

All proceeds go to a non-profit organization called the We Defy Foundation. The We Defy Foundation helps Disabled Combat Veterans get started in Jiu Jitsu.

DATE: Monday, Memorial Day, May 25th

RUCK: Meet up at 9:00am

• Breakfast from Sizzle and Sweets can be purchased at 9:00am

• Start of the Ruck is at 9:30am

• Location: Lone Wolf MMA & 10th Planet Kansas City.

• We will Ruck to the Platte City Cemetery for the Memorial Day Ceremony

• Participation Donations are Encouraged

• Recommended Equipment: Hiking Bag/Ruck, Water

ROLL: Doors open at 10:45am at 10th Planet Kansas City

• This will be a Jiu Jitsu Open Mat, NoGi or Gi

• Participation Donation Encouraged

• Recommended equipment: Rash Guard, Athletic Shorts or Spats

FOOD: 12:00 RAFFLE

-Raffle Starts at 12:00pm

-Location: 10th Planet Kansas City

-Tickets can be purchased until 12:00pm

-MUST be Present to win Prizes
